Club Managers

Sandy Hole

Club Manager - Park

I’m Sandy, Club Manager of Premier Padel Park. I’ve been involved in padel for seven years – starting out as a player, I’ve since become an eleven-time Hungarian champion and, together with my partner Dóri Beviz, earned a senior world championship bronze medal in Las Vegas. I’ve been coaching for six years, and community building is my true passion: I organize matches, weekend tournaments, team-building events, and other activities for our coaches and thousands of players. Over the years, padel has become a way of life for me – both of my daughters play, and I’m on court whenever I can be.

Barbara Kovács

Club Manager - Nagyrét

After my handball career, I discovered padel right here – and it was love at first sight. For me, padel is more than just a sport; it’s a community where everyone can feel at home. My goal is to create meaningful experiences for our guests and provide an environment they’re always happy to return to. I’m proud to be part of such an inspiring and close-knit team, surrounded by amazing people, dedicated coaches, and passionate leaders.

Kata Bulcsu

Club Manager - Füred

I’m Kata, a padel and kids’ yoga instructor. After 13 years of competing in tennis, I spent nearly 25 years coaching the sport, leading sessions at private clubs and exclusive resorts across Europe and Asia. I discovered padel thanks to my good friend Péter Kerekes, and since then I’ve been working with both children and adults in individual and group settings. I run technical and strategic sessions for all levels – from beginners to advanced players – and for the past two years, I’ve been building the Premier Padel community as Club Manager in Balatonfüred and Nagyrét. I believe that everyone develops best when following their own goals – while becoming part of a cheerful, supportive community.

Our coaches

Dóra Beviz

I’ve been part of the Premier Padel team since the sport first appeared in Hungary. I started out as a player and have now been coaching for six years. I discovered padel through my friend Sandy Hole, and it was love at first hit! We quickly became playing partners – training and competing together – and we’re proud to be three-time Hungarian champions and bronze medalists at the 2022 Senior World Championship in Las Vegas. At my sessions, I warmly welcome everyone – from the youngest to the older age groups. Creating a positive atmosphere is key for me, while placing strong emphasis on mastering the fundamentals with precision. I truly believe padel is for everyone – all you need is a racket, a smile, and you’re ready to play!

Olivér Flesch

After nearly two decades of playing competitive tennis, I discovered padel – and it instantly became a new passion in my life. I’ve been part of the coaching team at Premier Padel Park since the club first opened. One of the highlights of my career was achieving 6th place at the European Championships with the national team – a result I’m especially proud of. In my sessions, I welcome both beginners and advanced players. My goal is to help everyone find their own playing style, keep improving, and most importantly – enjoy every moment on the padel court.

Patrik Kovács

I’m passionate about padel, but it wasn’t my first time holding a racket – after 15 years of competitive tennis, the ball has practically become part of me. As a coach, my goal is to bring out the best in everyone, while making sure our sessions are always fun and full of energy. I believe in steady progress – session by session. If you're determined, I’ll help you reach your best form. For me, my students’ success and growth mean everything. And within the padel community, I’m just like everyone else: welcoming, supportive, and always up for a good time.

Yvette Varga

I’m Yvette – former professional tennis player and multiple-time Hungarian squash champion. I’ve been playing padel for nearly five years, and for the past four years, I’ve been coaching players to improve their game – always with a fun and positive atmosphere. Sport is a central part of my life: both of my daughters have achieved outstanding international results, so staying active is a way of life in our family. I truly believe that every student has untapped potential – all it takes is the right coach and a bit of momentum to bring it out.

Gergő Weidinger

I’m Weidi, and I spent 20 years competing in tennis both in Hungary and the United States. I discovered padel in 2016 while living in Alicante, Spain, where I spent two years learning the fundamentals of the sport from top Spanish coaches. I was among the first in Hungary to earn a national coaching license, and since then, I’ve been training beginners, advanced players, and professional athletes alike.
My goal is to support my players’ development in all areas – technique, tactics, and game strategy – all within a fun and engaging training environment. I still compete actively and am proud to hold seven Hungarian championship titles.
